As backpackers, we loved the all-inclusive package with unlimited food and drink options. The lunch at Le Turca was fantastic, with a great selection. The dinner at the meat restaurant was amazing, and the service from waiter Chris was top-notch. The pool bar staff were friendly and attentive. The upgrade and early/late check-out provided by Tolga at reception was much appreciated. The hotel was clean and the pool was nice. Special mention to Guest Relations Manager Maria for personally resolving any issues.
Felt lucky, no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the Spa center was a haven of relaxation, with a steam room and sauna that refreshed and rejuvenated us. We enjoyed basking in the sun on the sun terrace and the outdoor heated swimming pool was a delightful way to unwind. the manicure and pedicure services were top-notch and we experienced an excellent massage, followed by a body scrub that was invigorating. The restaurant had a splendid range of Halal food with a bar area offering wholesome snacks, and the packed lunches were delicious. Cons: the atmosphere in the night club was excessive for our taste. this was just a minor issue as everything else was exceptional.

Cleanliness was great, hotel facilities were great, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very filling. We also appreciated the hotel's location near the beach, making it easy to go for a dip in the water.

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and great views. Good variety of food and drink options with high quality service. Pools were warm and clean, and the beach was enjoyable. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider returning in the future.

The pool area was fantastic, with attentive waiters and a great atmosphere. The location was also excellent, with fine views and easy access to the city center. the breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.
The room furniture could do with an upgrade, as it felt a bit dated and could be more comfortable. the noise and sand from the sandstorm was a bit of a problem, as it made the room dirty and noisy.

I loved the serene atmosphere of the hotel, being away from the busy city. The shuttle service to Emirates mall was convenient and hassle-free. The cleanliness and spaciousness of our room was excellent. Generous breakfast selection was a highlight. Beach and children's activities made for a wonderful family stay. I highly recommend Rixos for a peaceful family vacation.

The location of the hotel is fantastic for those who love dining experiences. We particularly enjoyed Toro Loco restaurant, which was great for dinner with its diverse range of dishes, especially the paella. The Turquoise restaurant had a great variety for breakfast too. we appreciated the beachfront access - it was great to relax on the beach and lounge in the pool. The room we had was spacious, with comfortable beds and an amazing sea view.
Sadly, the service we received from hotel staff was underwhelming.
